- Detect and handle complaints, disputes, and grievances of all employees by maintaining positive employee relations and proactive communication.
- Drive Employee Engagement and Talent Management
- Implement Engagement and Health & Wellness activities in the region
- Review Individual Development Plans of employees
- Coordinating the implementation of RnR program
- Drive employee engagement scorecard action planning for managers
