Salary Offered: 8 - 9 LPA
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end HR process at all levels of Sales Finance vertical.
- Provide training employees and managers regarding HR issues, practice and policy including employee relations, performance management, facilitation to for all informal issues to resolution.
- Deliver process recruitment services, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing and offers, on boarding with the help of internal HR team.
- Undertaking the Induction program for new recruits which includes, joining Formalities, Company Profile, Explaining company's policies and procedures.
- Salary Administration, Sorting Salary issues, Timely & accurate reporting of payroll inputs.
- Handling Statutory Compliance's related to PF, ESIC, etc.
- Manage annual performance review including performance appraisal, personnel development planning, feedback and succession planning.
- Undertaking various employee engagement activities such as Team building activities, special occasion's celebrations.
- Provide employee relation support for Exit interviews related to full and final settlements.
