- Manage recruitment for the organization
- Work on all areas of the HR function for the organization including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & OD, etc.
- Interact with BU Heads to understand HR issues and handle critical employee grievances
- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement & development
- Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively
- Manage payroll & benefits for the organization
- Create HR dashboards to track key metrics for periodic assessment of HR functions
- Be responsible for administrative and statutory compliance of HR policies
- MBA (HR) with 6-8 yrs of experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist
- Preferably in Retail, Sales HR
