Job Description :

As a part of HR team, you will work very closely with business leaders to drive the hiring agenda across the organization including domestics and international markets. You will drive the hiring strategy for the organization to attract high-caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates. You will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function with the support of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Lead the recruitment strategy and fulfillment of hiring across multiple lines of business of the organization

2. Proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available sourcing channels

3. Be the change agent, influencer, and talent advisor for the business they support

4. Work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.

5. Apply standard work in defining, measuring, reporting & resolving performance via Key Performance Indicator metrics for the function.

6. Educating teams on sourcing best practices and helping those teams deliver the right results for the business to achieve their talent demand goals each month.

7. Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting Managers) to determine future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.

8. Will be part of Cross-Functional Projects for Recruitment Effectiveness

9. Hands-on experience and expertise in hiring through all possible social media platforms.
