We are hiring for HR Manager with a leading Real Estate firm based out of Gurgaon. Candidates should have experience in Recruitment, Performance management system, Employee Engagement, Induction &amp; Orientation, HR Operations, Exit formalities, Training &amp; Development etc. Recruitment : - Manpower Planning and Preparation of Job Descriptions. Managing the Recruitment process from screening to selection. Identifying and sourcing candidates through Job portals, database and references. Short listing prospective candidates for the interviews. Conducting preliminary interviews. - Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with Placement agencies on service fee and interview schedules. - Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization. - Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality. - Maintaining Interview Master Sheet &amp; Report. Joining Formalities : - Fully responsible for joining formalities of new joiners. Training / Induction : - Taking HR - Induction of new joinees (informing about the policies, leaves etc.) - Assist in conducting orientation program to new employees. - Assisting in preparing Annual Training Schedule, Monthly &amp; Weekly Training Schedule. - Assist in developing new innovative &amp; efficient training module for various departments as per requirement. Human Resource Management &amp; PMS : - Maintains Master Data - Coordinating with the Dept. Managers/HOD for the performance evaluation of the employee. - Reviews of performance appraisal form and training schedules. - Assists in drafting out Annual Letter and Promotion Letter. - Manages and appraises subordinates performance and their career advancement.
