- We are currently looking to hire a Human Resource Manager, a role responsible for smooth HR operations in Hyderabad, supporting Commercial, Marketing and shared services team within Supply Chain and Finance function.

- Provides Human Resources leadership to regional leadership team and the commercial and functional teams in the area. Consults on elements of HR strategy and planning. Ensuring Global HR strategies and plans are adapted and implemented within the markets

- Provides guidance in all areas of HR with a current key focus in the following areas: Talent Review (Succession Planning), Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Culture and Capability Development

- Coaches and provides of feedback to the managers and colleagues within the business with a focus on High potentials.

- Implements global HR programs and initiatives as required. Contributes to HR projects related to Developing markets and / or International

- Executes annual HR cycle events including goal setting, appraisals, IDP- s, merit / bonus / out of cycle reviews, talent / succession / pipelining processes.

- Proposes and develops local HR policies based on markets- regulation / legislation. Makes sure these policies are aligned with global guidelines as well as markets- regulation / legislation.

- Works alongside our RPO provider to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Required Skills and Experience

- Degree holder majoring in Business, Management, Human Resources or Psychology

- 6-10 years experience in HR Generalist function

- Experience collaborating with HR COEs, outsourcing partners, global and culturally diverse teams

- Familiar with Malaysia labor law and relevant employment legislation; recruitment, and learning & development

- Able to perform independently, working comfortably across all levels and functions of an organization as well as cross-culturally

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to be proactive in the identification of HR initiatives for improvement
