We are looking for a HR Manager for a leading power and home electrical specialist in India having a vast portfolio comprising of Power back up solutions.
Location: Gagret (UNA, Himachal Pradesh)
The Job Requirements -
Knowledge & experience in Compensation and benefits, Employee relations, industrial relations, Employment law, Compliance, Disciplinary and Grievance issues, Recruitment, Training & Development,Career Development, Employee Engagement etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibities:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Maintaining an over-arching industrial relations strategy with the key focus on modernizing Trade Union relationships and Pro active IR / ER
- Co-ordinate and integrate all IR activity across the business into a coherent plan
- Support and align cultural and behavioral change necessary for all corporate IR/ER programmes
- Foster strong links with external networks and share best practice in the field of Industrial Relations.
- ER skills and expertise across the People department, including capabilities in employment legislation and industrial agreements
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Fulfilling Manpower requirements in line with business
- Providing Admin support to business
- Support current and future business needs through Development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program in line with region cum industry
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
