Client : They are a global leading player in packaging consumables having large manufacturing operations in Malaysia  Responsible for HR fundamentals in the business group including coaching line Managers to independently resolve HR Issues, champion performance management, analyze data trends and develop appropriate strategies to drive improvements or changes through :  - Identifying talent towards the creation of people development   - Supporting manpower establishment, recruitment and selection   - Supporting effective management of salary & benefits   - Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of new HR policies and procedures   - Manpower planning for Production  - Management updated and advice from time to time on legal issues pertaining to the Human Resource Department  - Analyzing, organizing and implement training activities  - Experience of 8+ years in HR for manufacturing companies with experience of handling at plant level for large manufacturing operations is must.  - Experience of working at overseas location and/or for handling manpower of multiple nationalities is desired.  - Exposure to ISO environment is desired.
