Areas of Responsibility & brief description :
Responsibility Level :
- Manage day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Recruitment & Selection :
- Understanding the Manpower requisitions from the concerned departments
- Sourcing for suitable candidates based on required competencies and skill sets within the defined Turn Around time
- Screening candidates and organizing interviews
- Liaising with candidates regarding interviews, selection criteria, salary expectations, etc.
Induction and On-boarding :
- Responsible for completion of Joining formalities for new candidates
- Ensuring documentation and Background Verification is completed as per defined protocol and timelines
- Timely updation of the Employee Database
- Coordination with the Learning & Development Team ensuring that all employees undergo Induction
- Ensuring all IT, Corporate Security, Administration, Payroll, and Finance activities for new joinees are completed smoothly
Employee Engagement :
Partnering Governments/Providing Solutions :
- Execute HR Connect initiatives to ensure constant interactions with employees and their respective superiors
- Assist in the implementation of Employee Engagement programs in the zone and monitor effectiveness of these initiatives.
Employee Life Cycle Management :
- Act as a SPOC for all employee queries with respect to HR related activities and initiatives
- Provide assistance to employees regarding their Performance Management Systems, Leave Management, Learning & Development activities, etc.
- Explain Company policies to employees, if required
- Liaise with HR Support team to ensure Payroll Management, Compensation and Benefits, etc. are managed efficiently
- Intervene in cases of conflict of interest between employees and if it escalates, report to superiors immediately
- Responsible for the Exit Formalities of employees in a smooth and efficient manner
- Conduct exit interviews and document feedback
Compliance & Audit :
- Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements in respect of VACs / business operating in the zone
- Ensure compliance to the all HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees.
- Ensure adherence to laid down processes to obtain good / acceptable audit rating, as and when assessed
- Ensure judicious use of natural resources
- Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
