A Premier Healthcare Organisation with over 200 retail Clinic outlets is looking for a Manager - HR Operations & Automation to spearhead HR Process workflow design and SAP implementation.
The role would report into the Head - HR Operations and will be based at Mumbai. The person is expected to be a hands-on subject matter expert with proven experience at the below mentioned areas.
MUST possess :
- SAP implementation experience
- Labour Laws knowledge and experience of dealing with Disciplinary / Grievance protocol in a unionised environment,
- Experience at HR automation through IT / Vendors
- Experience at creating HR Analytics / Dashboard
The primary responsibilities of the role would be as follows :
- Design, update and run HR process workflows offline with an objective to automate using SAP within defined timelines
- Run HR Operations efficiently and within defined TAT across all employee touch points
- Build & run Disciplinary & Grievance management processes within defined protocols / labour laws
- Build and operate strong and proactive HR Analytics / Dashboards
- Build and operate all HR automation projects / assignments including alignment into SAP
- Support HR Policy & Process building
Salary range - 7-9 LPA
