Recruitment:
- Manpower planning for the year, creation of JDs, building a network of placement agencies
- Coordination with placement agencies to line up candidates, schedule interviews, structure salaries and issue offer letters
- Management of placement agency payout - ensuring timely payment as well as tracking free replacements
Learning/Training:
- Work with the CEO to implement the Varthana Mentorship Program
- Preparation of Learning Calendar for all employees
- Ensuring all employees reach the learning targets for the year
- Organizing training modules including inviting speakers
Performance Management:
- Creating Goal sheet templates and ensuring each employee is clearly communicated goals for the year
- Ensuring on-time mid-year reviews
- Facilitating the end of year performance appraisal exercise
HR-Admin and Compliance:
- Owning the Employee Manual, Holiday list, etc
- Payroll processing
- Investment planning and coordinating for investment proofs
- Employee Insurance
- Compliance - attendance registers, professional tax, PF, etc
Preferred Profile:
- At least 5-8 years- experience in corporate HR
- Post Graduate from a reputed institution
- Strong competencies relating to training/learning would be preferred
- Previous Experience in a rapidly growing company would be helpful
- Self-driven
