Job Description :
- Assist with the recruitment process by negotiating, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Payroll : Responsible for end to end payroll related activities for all employees and necessary coordination with payroll Vendor & Finance team activities includes;
- Permanent employees : Preparing monthly payroll inputs (new joinee details, resignation, reimbursements etc) & send to payroll team (Vendor) for salary processing.
- Temp Employees : Managing end to end payroll for all the temp employees. Liaison with cross functional teams like Production, Commercial & Finance to drive timelines and timely release of payments.
- Learning & Development : Planning, organizing and managing training programs that were aligned with the strategic needs of the business and requested by employees.
- Policies & Procedures : Developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Communication mailers conducting periodically to create awareness on policy, processes & policy aspects.
- Responsible for making HR Budget & Headcount Reports (quarterly, annually, budget and forecast reports).
- Execution of employee engagement activities i.e birthday celebrations, festival celebrations, office parties, office pooja, Health week, Green day etc. for all employees
- Attendance & Leave Management - Keeping track of employees attendance and leave records
- Vendor Management- Payroll, Sodexo & Insurance for GMC policy etc.
- Conducting all the joining and exit formalities of individuals.
- Providing HR support to entire organization with respect to salary queries, Leave management, Contract management etc.
