Experience: 6-10 Years

Qualification: Post Grad in Human Resources from a reputed B School

Job Description:

- Only for Female Professional who are not working Currently and looking to restart the career.

- Experienced in Human Capital Planning and Strategy.

- Build the Talent & HR strategy that most effectively complements business strategy.

- Design and Deliver innovative communication, engagement & recognition processes.

- Identify & facilitate people and organization effectiveness interventions that improve organization dynamics.

- Position the HR function as credible, value adding and a capable business partner.

- Have a talent pipeline strategy for various roles, map the talent market and apply innovative strategies to engage with diverse talent pools.

- Manage hiring metrics such as Time to Hire, Cost of Hire & Quality of hire.

- 6 + years of solid HR experience and exposure to robust HR processes

- A combination of MNC and Start Up experience preferred

- Prior experience in significant HR business partnership roles

- Learning and Organization Development experience is desirable
