Training and development :
- Surf for the faculty for pieces of training in consultation with HODs.
- Ensure the capacity building of the employee through Poornata and ensuring the action plan prepared
- Ensure the training of all the employees in Management cadre on the process of KRA loading, PMS and use of ELM for enrolling in the training.
- Provide technical assistance to all employees regarding Poornata modules
- Formulate plans for gap analysis and ensure tie-up with agencies for external training
- Develop and encourage new process driven systems
- Ensuring the effective utilization of Safety Training Online System and its updation
- Training Need Identification and Analysis
- Prepare T&D / TM Budget as per unit and business norms
- Ensure the training needs identification through Poornata PMS process and other appropriate methods. Preparing yearly training calendar based on
- Training Needs Assessment
- Prepare summary report regularly for all pieces of training as per the parameters and facilitate through Poornata
- To Organize Training Programs
Talent Management & Development:
- Ensuring and coordinating Potential Assessment of eligible employees and their DAC Process.
- Developing and planning of IDPs / Actions plans of Talent Pool Members and IDP Writing
- Formulate plans in consolation with Functional head / DH -HRM for talent assessment as per business guidelines
- Facilitation for Focus 50 talent and timely coordination their reviews on progress
- Formulate strategies for career management process entire workforce
- Ensure that a robust succession plan is defined and implemented across all levels
Training Effectiveness:
- Training Effectiveness to be measured and to develop new methods / processes for facilitating the process
- To take feedback from respective HODs on the effectiveness of training.
- Developing action plans for reducing gaps for employees learning needs, if any.
KIP Visits :
- To organize and facilitate KIP (Knowledge Integrated Program) for our employees at other ABG Units & Other agencies/companies for understanding their best practices and systems.
On the Job Training of GETs
- To organize OTJ Stint for all GETs in various functions/departments and assessing their performance on fortnightly/monthly basis with DH/FH.
- To keep a proper track on their performance for placing them successfully on probation after completing their OJT Stints.
Internal & External ISO Audits :
- To ensure data & record as per the laid down ISO- procedures with regards to Training & Development / Talent Management.
- To maintain MIS Data and reports, analysis, etc.
- To Facilitate Summer Internship
- Preparation of Different Analysis for summer placement
- Updating HR Policies as and when required
- Support time to time activities of HR functions
