Job Description :
Talent Acquisition and Retention :
- Assess and ascertain manpower requirements for the business ensuring adequate staff backup to avoid crisis situations and working with hiring team to ensure backfill hiring is completed within agreed timelines
- Managing talent and succession planning
- Attrition Analysis
Employee Relations :
- Monitor and advise on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with policies and procedures
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
- Create robust communication forums and facilitate interactions between the employees and management on a regular basis
- Initiating Employee Engagement activities
Training/ Learning & Development :
- Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
- Manages leadership development for all key roles. Coaches line managers as well as employees on developmental aspects. Ensures development plans are available for all employees and monitors implementation.
Performance Management :
- Performance Management System- Goal Setting, performance review & feedback, increment cycle
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvements and be actively involved in leadership business reviews, and engage with stakeholders on understanding business objectives both at a strategic and an operational level. This includes involvement in both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
- Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as external market "best practice" opportunities that will enhance engagement
Statutory Compliances :
- Handling statutory compliances under different labour & Industrial Acts like PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, etc.
- Managing the External Environment- Liasoning with Govt. Authorities
- Addressing disciplinary procedures and activities including domestic inquiries
- Contract Labor Management.
HR Policies & Procedures :
- Defining and implementing HR processes covering Manpower planning, Budgeting, Recruitment, Selection, Induction, deployment of manpower, Job analysis and evaluation, Performance Management System
- Formulation and Implementation of Corporate policies for existing as well as newly acquired division.
- Implementing & Co-ordination of various Organization Development Initiatives
- Cost Control- Control on Overheads, Control on Manpower Cost & numbers
Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation Survey and framing of Compensation Structure
- Monitoring compensation and benefit management including salary and wages administration
Educational Qualification : MBA (HR)
Computer Skills : Proficient in MS Office
Reporting To : Chief Operating Officer
