Job Description / Responsibilities/Product Market Description :
The job responsibilities involve :
- Responsible for Employee Life Cycle Management - Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Training & Development and Retention Management
- Facilitating & Enabling HR processes across Eastern sites.
- Should be handled Sales Force and understanding about Business
- Should be good communication skills and facilitating basic behavioral and Sales related programs.
- Responsible for Statutory Compliance and Contract Labour management for all the OC sites at Jamshedpur (Packaging Contracts under taken by the Company).
- Laisoning with the local Government officials such as Labour Department etc. and getting things done.
- Should have network with local authorities, government agencies and other related bodies.
- Establishing and maintaining a cordial relationship with the Local Unions.
- Handling the IR issues of the factory.
- Responsible for ensuring compatibility of HR processes with requirements of established management systems (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) within the company, participate in OH&SAS and ISO continual improvement programmes.
- Play a catalyst role in the employee relations function through employee communication process and grievance handling process
- Oversee statutory compliances in respect of various Labour Laws and Environment legislations.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Minimum Qualification of Graduate & Diploma in Human Resources or IRPM with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
- Good Communication Skills
- Should have minimum 35 Yrs of age.
- Knowledge of Contract Labour Rules(CLRA).
- Should have handled Contract Labour before.
- Should know the Tata Compliance process and has boundary management skills at Jamshedpur.
- Must be able to interact with all Statutory Organizations for Compliance
