We have an opportunity for HR Manager with one of the manufacturing MNC client in Mumbai. Location: Thane Key Responsibilities: - Act as a highly visible HR resource for the company. - Perform as a valued and professional resource for local managers to assist them in managing their business. This implies direct, timely interactions with key decision makers to determine the handling of, and impact of, the HR component of significant business decisions. - Perform sourcing and recruiting function for all levels of open positions. This includes reviewing proposals from search firms, direct interviewing of candidates for key roles, coordinating recruiting efforts with local managers, and developing and getting approval for job offers and terms of employment. - Develop and implement manpower/succession plans, including reorganizations and workforce planning/analysis. Become proficient in, and oversee implementation of, talent management initiatives. - Design, develop and roll out wage, incentive and benefit programs. Maximize the cost-effectiveness and competitiveness of benefit plans offered. - Assist management with the performance management process, including identifying high performers, and assisting with disciplinary issues. - Provide employee relations support in areas such as legal compliance, payroll set up and administration, and investigating streamlining/shared services methods. - 5 plus years of experience in corporate HR in manufacturing MNC. - Only Female candidates. - If interested, please share your updated CV Shalaka Abhyankar 9892115177 022-67103175
