MBA-HR with 5 to 10 yrs experience in manufacturing industry at Plant Level.
The person would be responsible for Human resources, Training, PMS, Recruitment, Admin.
- Employees on-boarding process
- Leave management
- Working on SAP Success Factor HR module (Onboarding, PMS & Recruitment)
- Employees Relations (Training Development)
- Monitoring performance of locals and expats.
- Dealing with NSSF offices in multiple locations.
- Handling daily issues with respect to HR.
