Talent acquisition:
- Hire key members of the leadership team and instituted a robust talent acquisition system.
- Design process around recruitment, onboarding, and background verification process.
- Formulate campus placement & engagement strategy for attracting talents from premium Engineering & B schools through live projects, internship program & graduate/ Management Trainee program
Talent Management & Organisation Development:
- Design initiatives to enable mind-sets changes and work culture.
- Defined the Talent Management strategy for the organization, facilitate career planning and individual development plans.
- Identify critical positions and manage succession planning
- Work with leadership to define company's values and competencies.
- Benchmark compensation, policy for the organization to attract & retain the best talent across the industry.
Performance Management:
- Implement an efficient and transparent PMS process to support the business needs.
- Work with business to implement a process, increment cycle and incentive plans for an employee.
Employee Engagement:
- Implement multiple programs to keep employees motivated.
Learning and development:
Implement leadership training's, organization, behavioral (competency based) training's, and functional trainings.
