We have an opportunity for a Human Resource Manager for the Indian operations.
Reporting to the Managing Director in India, YOU will be a part of strategic decision making leadership team & establish a consistent people centered approach to management, which supports the values and culture. The role is to develop and implement an integrated Human Resource strategy, which creates a positive and consistent employer brand.
Ideally, you should have between 15 to 20years- experience preferably in a manufacturing Industry with thorough understanding of HR processes, knowledge and understanding of Team building, negotiations skills& interpersonal skills.
And your responsibilities include:
- To analyze business plans with Senior Managers and key decision-makers to thoroughly assess the skills, developmental competencies and business requirements in line with business strategies.
- To plan the effective people resourcing to meet future business needs.
- To develop the corporate culture based around the agreed vision and values, provide a framework of clear accountabilities and decision making.
- Managing the delivery of the outsourced HR Service, ensuring it supports and facilitates the delivery of business aims and objectives and provides high quality, timely HR support
- Taking the lead in promoting equality of opportunity and respect for all.
