HR Manager - Job Responsibilities / KRA / KPI

- Talent acquisition & on boarding

- Review of the Organogram and assessing the need in case of new position

- Filling up of existing/approved vacant position

- Arranging CVs from own source is a priority

- Arranging CV from consultants

- Shortlisting the candidates

- Performance Mgt. Delivery and development plan, L&D

- To coordinate fixing KPAs & KPIs of key roles,

- Quarterly review, catch up plan

- Annual Appraisal of eligible employees

- Rationalization / bell curve application

- Summarize and complete department wise assessment results

- Gap analysis and development plan

- Learning planner / training calendar & man-days

- HR Strategy

- Manpower Strategy

- IR Strategy

- Benchmarking/ Level of Manpower

- Compliance and Ethics Strategy

- Employee File and Data

- Maintenance of Employee files and all related data

- Leave and LTA Record

- Family details in India and in Nigeria

- Medical Expenses as per company policy

- Medical Insurance as per company policy

- Immigration

- Handling immigration matters - end to end

- CERPAC and quota position issues

- STR and subsequent regulations in case of new employee

- Timely Monthly and yearly return / understudy list

- Liaison with concerned authorities

- Time Office and Payroll

- Maintenance of Time Office Data and related system

- Preparing attendance data as per cut off for salary and OT

- Attendance & punctuality and Dress Code control

- Preparation of payroll and co ordination with Finance for timely disbursement

- Full and Final case

- IR, Legal and Statutory

- IR issues, Union related matters

- Statutory compliances with labour law

- Statutory compliances with local law related admin areas

- Group life and Pension fund managers

- Policies and SOPS

- Drafting and finalizing policies with management for different employee related matters

- Reviewing existing policies and update the same as per changed situation

- Socialize employees about the policies of the organization

- SOPs for all related areas should be drafted and approved by management

- Review of approved SOPs and update the same as per changed requirement/situation

- Employee Engagement & retention

- 360 degree Feed Back from all stakeholders (Internal and External customers) about performance of HR Manager.
