Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Good knowledge and exposure to ensuring harmonious industrial relations
- Knowledge of Industrial Disputes Act & provisions and handling of industrial disputes
- Proposing and implementing various compensation plans, salary structures, incentive schemes, etc.
- Guide & support plants on all statutory records relating to ESI/PF/Gratuity/Leave Procedures/Factory Act Records/Legal Compliance under Factories Act and other statutory provisions
- Legal compliances on various administrative legislations like water & air pollution act, building plans approval from HSIDC/DTP, Genset Approvals
- Guide & support plants in periodical returns to Govt. as per Labour Laws and ensuring all relevant records in Plants updated
- Ensure effective grievances handling systems in plants
- Ensuring effective rendering of services like canteen, housekeeping, security, horticulture, travel/transportation, etc. in coordination with Plant & P&A Heads
- Organizing employee welfare activities as per company policies
- Overseeing manpower planning, audit and corrective action plan
- Ensuring compilation of MIS data and Review & analysis of MIS data
- Suggesting/proposing and ensuring/supporting employee engagement initiatives in plants
- Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities and maintain excellent relationship
Qualification : Any Graduate, LLB, & PG in HR/IR
Job location : Either at Jaipur / Bharuch
Gender : Male Only
Education : Graduate + PG (MBA/LLB)
Need candidates who have experience in entire HR & IR gamut
Salary Offered: 10 - 20 LPA
