HR Manager for a Manufacturing US MNC, Mumbai
Reporting- HR Director
Position Purpose:
This job involves:
- Manpower planning and budgeting
- Handling field force related dynamics and initiate good engagement practices
- Partnering with functional leaders and drive HR agenda
- Support in creating and sustaining good work environment and best practices to enable good employee morale & employee retention
- Developing good reward and recognition programs
- Support in employee HR policy re-design, upgradation and its implementation
- Handling of employee perks, compensation & benefits as per industry norms
- Tracking productivity improvement for Sales & Service.
- Liaise with Legal counsel on legal matters, terminations
- Responsible for Processing of Payroll & Reimbursement (such as Salary, Leave encashment, Medical Reimbursement, Incentive, salary Advances, and other allowances)
- Exit interviews and situation analysis, create and re-deploy remedial measures
- PIP - Performance improvement plan deployment to non-performer and tracking progress.
- Develop sales incentive program for all levels.
- Other HR Admin activities to be handled
- Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Leave, LOP for all levels of employees as per HR leave policy
- Conduct Induction for the new joinees & brief them about the company policy culture, values, etc.
- Preparing and amending the social event calendar and HR newsletter timely.
- Coordinating with all the vendors and ensuring that the payment is made to them on timely basis.
- Maintaining the personnel files of all the employees and once in a year audit.
- Responsible for timely insurance enrolment, coordination with the vendor and handling related queries
- Responsible for handling the exit formality. Tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews for instituting systems to improve employee morale and motivation
- Handling all statutory related queries and settlement formalities for resigned employees
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Graduation & Post Graduation Degree from Good reputed college/University
- 10-12 years of experience in Human Resource generalist,
- The candidate must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity and discretion.
- The individual should be detail oriented, self-confident and possess the ability to work independently.
- The candidate must possess superior oral and written communication skills.
- He/ She must be an enthusiastic, result oriented individual with excellent analytical and motivational skills.
- Proven negotiation skills and strong presentation skills.
- In addition, expertise a computers and the systems / technological approach to HR management is required.
- Willingness to travel to all offices across India.
