Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
S.No Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1 - Developing JD's & setting KRA's & KPA of professionals with varying skills at all levels & across various geographies.
- Manage job mapping and job evaluation of all roles
- Manage Goal / KPI setting, Performance Evaluation & Annual Appraisal Cycle
- Carry out Leadership Assessment and support in designing of Individual Development Plans
2 - Monitoring performance, feedback & summarizing it into a report for employees with salary 50 K & above.
- Calculating and verifying the performance scores & grades of all the employees.
- Analyzing and maintaining the PMS HRIS and KRA Records of all the employees
