Manager - Human Resource - Logistics Firm

This role is for 3 month only based in Gurgaon with one of the renowned Logistic Company, and candidates from IIM can apply (Indian Institute of Management can apply)

Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

S.No Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1 - Developing JD's & setting KRA's & KPA of professionals with varying skills at all levels & across various geographies.

- Manage job mapping and job evaluation of all roles

- Manage Goal / KPI setting, Performance Evaluation & Annual Appraisal Cycle

- Carry out Leadership Assessment and support in designing of Individual Development Plans

2 - Monitoring performance, feedback & summarizing it into a report for employees with salary 50 K & above.

- Calculating and verifying the performance scores & grades of all the employees.

- Analyzing and maintaining the PMS HRIS and KRA Records of all the employees
