The incumbent would be responsible for:
1. Handling gamut of HR activities like On-boarding and Induction,
2. Exit counseling,
3. Strategic planning and coordination for smooth execution of Employee Engagement activities, Reward & Recognition.
4. Strategic coordination for Training & Development
5. HR Communications
6. Performance Management.
7. Talent Management.
8. HR Policies implementation
9. Employee Relations
10.Grievance Handling.
11.HR Operations and day to day HR Activities
The person should have exposure of handling warehouse HR activities as well.
