a.End to End recruitment
b. On boarding & Joining formalities
c. Exit Formalities
d. Organising Performance Review in coordination with Line Managers & Reportees
e. Training & Development Programme nominations as recommended by Management
f. Attendance & leave Management of staffs
g. ESIC, PF & other Labor Laws and Statutory Regulations (compliance knowledge)
h. Coordination with service provider for ESIC, PF and other compliance stuff and organising regular audits to ensure compliance
i. Coordinating with Finance for timely release of Salaries and Expense reimbursements
Since HR Manager role is not a full time job in our organisation, since we have a pretty small team- ..the same person would also be acting as Assistant to Senior Management
