Designation : HR Manager
Position reports to VP-Engg and handles a small team
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team of recruiters and drive talent acquisition efforts.
- Ensure new hires are the right fit for the company culture.
- Administer consistent technology and product training initiatives for the organisation.
- Represent the interest of the employees to the senior management of the Centre.
- Ensure that every individual has the opportunity for career growth and a path forward to achieve it.
- Create robust communication forums and facilitate interactions among the employees and between the employees and the management on a regular basis.
- You will report to the Vice President, Engineering and also work closely with the CEO
Desired profile :
- 12 - 15 years experience as an HR Generalist with prior experience in in the technology sector, with proven ability of building a team.
- Startup experience is great to have. A blend of both start up and large MNC is even better.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the teams.
- A sound knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
- A post graduate degree specializing in Human Resources from a premier institute (IIM / XLRI / FMS / SP Jain / JBIMS) is preferred.
