Join our team! - We're looking for an exceptionally bright, talented and driven individual who can act as a key partner to aligned businesses, gain deep knowledge of the business, people and organizational needs to diagnose issues and recommend solutions to challenges and further the capabilities of the organization Responsibilities: - Develop a people plan and promote best practices for employee engagement - Own, drive, advise and support line managers through the annual HR processes around performance, promotions, bonus, annual pay - Drive a results-oriented, rewarding and customer-focused culture, aligned with the goals and mission of Skylo - Maintain and promote latest technology-aided systems and processes to maximize effectiveness of recruiting, routine employee evaluation, and people programs - Coach and influence managers on how to build an amazing team - Oversee and conduct investigations and ensure compliance with policies and practices, as well as Federal, State, and local employment laws - Build scalable learning and organizational development programs that aid in growing our team's capabilities and drive employee retention. - Create and implement people metrics and use this data to drive changes in our people strategy. Requirements: - Experience standing up and scaling a company's presence in India and managing diverse stakeholders. - Solid desire and ability to create and improve processes, build relationships, and make Skylo better. - Strong skills in anticipating and identifying problems and use of good judgment and fact-based analysis to develop and deliver effective and efficient solutions. - Expertise in people/HR policies &amp; procedures - and a track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business. - Previous experience in a fast-moving startup environment is preferred - Solid understanding of labor legislation - Excellent communication abilities - 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner with strong exposure to Organisational Development projects
