Responsible for end to end HR solutions for the organization & act as a primary consultant to business on all HR matters. Essential responsibilities include the following and others as assigned :  - Talent Acquisition  - Talent Management  - Performance Management  - Payroll/Compensation  - Employee Engagement Initiatives  - Employee Relations  - HR Related Projects   - Formulating New Initiatives/Policies  - OD Interventions   Essential responsibilities include the following and others as assigned :  - Work with senior management to identify department needs and find the best fit candidate for their open positions. Build, Manage and Cultivate a Robust Hiring Pipeline via various means like hiring vendors, employee referrals, internal sourcing team.  - Achieving better employee satisfaction level on HR processes and initiatives ensuring employee's Motivation & engagement.  - Continuous efforts towards sustaining lower attrition   - Establish and monitor operational performance standards in compliance with company policy, procedures and guidelines.  - Implementation of entire performance management cycle for the group along with the guidelines which includes designing the processes, finalizing the schedule and dates, freezing the deadlines. Coordinate with Heads of Departments for timely completion of the appraisal process.  - Execute Rewards and recognition process and program for the organization.  Employee Relations and Development :  - Organize quarterly employee engagement activities in a planned and frequent basis to strength employee bonding in the organization.  - Ensure effective employee relations issues (e.g., grievances,); act as primary point of contact between functions/ Business by answering all employee queries in a timely and effective manner.  - Build strong employee value propositions that attract, develop, reward and retain top talent.  - Policy formulation/communication/review and roll out of HR Policies on a timely basis.  - In collaboration with learning and development; lead, develop and deliver relevant, effective training programs to targeted audiences.  - Maintain up to date knowledge of local HR laws, regulations and issues. Recommend appropriate business solutions to these issues and problems.  - Act as the expert on all India based employment legislation, taking accountability and responsibility for correctly informing the business of risks, seeking further advice when required from line manager/lawyers.  - Coordinating with the Finance Division at appropriate stages for implementing salary scales. Planning and implementing annual salary increments.  - Supports organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective  - Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives  - Support management in communicating HR issues properly to employees  - Counsels and supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual HR issues  - Support the design and execution of employee Reward & Recognition initiatives and ensuring R&R is conducted seamlessly across region  - Drive timely and fair Performance Management & Assessment development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers  - Support the managers in appropriate career management of their team members  - Ensure appropriate documentation to safeguard against legal and reputational risks  - Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, investigations.  Salary range : 10 - 14 LPA
