Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business operations, and in particular of the roles tasks and responsibilities of individual people and groups in the conduct of those operations.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring HR initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances related to HR and ensuring necessary records are maintained
- Communicates with employees regarding employee relations concerns; provides guidance and recommendations for resolution of issues.
- Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan.
- Ensuring hiring within agreed TAT.
- Ensure flawless execution of staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
- MIS and reporting: maintaining up to date data, providing regular dashboards, market data positioning reports etc.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions
- Develops, presents, and administers departmental budget.
Essential : - 6-8 years of relevant experience as Talent Acquisition specialist & HR Generalist- Experience in Tech hiring.
- First class degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Extensive experience in a senior human resources management role
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
