- Partner with leaders throughout the entire employee lifecycle, i.e. talent selection, on-boarding, performance management, team training and development, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, change management and offboarding
- Drive global programs in your region, ensuring consistency and enabling managers to implement them in their teams
- Coach managers and leaders at all levels on HR topics such as management skills, conflict management, performance management and calibration sessions, focal and equity planning, mandatory training assessment, employee engagement and communications
- Establish and maintain an efficient engagement with HR COEs as well as key functional stakeholders, such as Talent Acquisition, C&B team, ER, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Payroll and Legal, etc.
- Champion the culture evolution necessary to become a customer company & Become a strong advocator for Autodesk Culture and Core Values
- Provide guidance regarding regulatory changes in Geo location that impact Human Resources management
- Support Merger and Acquisition initiatives and lead integration efforts in Geo location
