Manager - Human Resource - Infrastructure

- Looking for a Manager HR for our Infrastructure client, a renowned name in Infrastructure industry.

- Position will be based at Gurugram, Haryana.

- Looking for candidates with minimum 4 to 8 years of experience from Infrastructure / Project Management Consultancies ONLY. MBA in HR is Must

- Experience of Managing Labour Laws and Statutory compliances is Must

JD :

- HR operation of HO and Site offices

- Handling Workers or Laborer at site (construction site / or at factory) would be mandatory.

- Employee engagement

- HR policy formulation and implementation

- Industrial relations

- Compliance management

- Legal issues management

- Coordination with Top management and advising on policies

- Relationship management with statutory authorities (Labour, PF, ESI, Employment Exchange etc.)

- Maintaining peaceful environment at the site.

- Handling government bodies, local administration & political leaders.

- Good Interpersonal Skills
