Looking for MBA - HR ( Full Time) with minimum 8 years experience in plant HR activities.
Will be responsible for HR and IR activities of the plant as unit Head.
Must have fluent communication skill in LOCAL LANGUAGE.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and staffing
- Performance Appraisals
- Statutory Compliance
- Industrial Relations: Long-term wage settlements
- Plant Safety
- Corporate Social Responsibility activities
- Budgeting and control
- Employee engagement
- Must have experience of union negotiation and unit level IR activities.
