Location : Gurgaon
Industrial Relations:
- Dealing with Union Office Bearer, Negotiation with them to conclude the issues
- Plan, Implement & Take Feedback of Various Employee Engagement Activities
- Shop-floor Visit on regular basis and interacting the employees.
- Keeping updates on IR issues in vicinity industries.
Compliances Management
- Ensuring statutory compliances
- Relationship Management with Regulatory Authorities
- Developing Proactive system of Self-Audit and Quarterly review
- Monitoring of Countermeasure-Plan to eliminate irregularities/gaps
- Handled IR issues like Workmen Counseling & Disciplinary Inquiry/Action (issuing warning, show cause, extension & termination letters and charge-sheets)
- Monitoring Absenteeism
Transformation and Change Management:
- Initiated / Coordinate change initiatives that cover HR activities around Mentoring
- Conducting regular policy sessions to educate employees about the policies and conducting meetings to ensure employee satisfaction and timely query resolutions
- Drive Employee Engagement and realizing a high performance culture for the business.
Learning & Development:
- Formulated need based training interventions for technicians and supervisors.
- Special interventions at regular intervals for Union members to align them with business requirements.
- Coordinating and ensuring training nominations of internal customers from various departments.
- Designing induction programme for Trainees/ Associates/Apprentices.
