Position: Manager HR/IR

Place of Posting: Tarapur, Maharastra

Job profile:

- Implement the HR strategy for shared services operations at department to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals

- Support the effective implementation of HR processes within department to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce

- Provide inputs on all industrial relations and contractual worker management issues and requirements within the department through continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders

- Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance

Experience & Skills:

- Full Time MBA from Premier B Schools with 3-5 Years of experience in HR/IR with expertise in end to end Contract workers management form any manufacturing industries.

- Should have knowledge of Marathi Language
