What's the purpose of the job :
To make sure an exceptional team is recruited which gets inducted with the companies- core values and gets trained to fit in the club's culture. Health & Safety with the administration for all team members has to be supervised all time.
What will I be doing :
- To coordinate with all HOD's and make sure all recruitment happens timely with the expected quality of team.
- Each team member passes through the proper joining and induction process.
- Departmental Training of the new joiners and the periodical training of the team are conducted timely according to the training calendar.
- Randomly reviewing the team operations and preparing the training requirements on regular basis.
- Periodical team activities to be carried out on team building and welfare.
- Staff attrition score to be maintained on a monthly basis & Employee Satisfaction survey to be conducted yearly.
- Working with outside suppliers to recruit high quality candidates
- Carrying out background and reference checks on new starters
- Streamlining the clubs payroll and ensuring all team members are paid on time and correctly
- Reporting monthly labor and weekly payroll input
- Maintaining the employee database
- Delivering and auditing employee and legislation procedures to ensure compliance
- Providing the management team with employee reports on holidays and sickness
- Supporting the management team with employee issues and note taking
What skills, qualification and experience do I need :
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Graduate with MBA-HR or equivalent with relevant experience of 4 years
- Experience of managing payroll and other HR
