Looking for Manager - HR for our hospitality client in Mumbai - Worli location  Exp- 10+ years   Note:- Person must have hardcore experience in end to end HR activity.  - Degree qualified, ideally in Human Resources or Management related  - 10+ years relevant generalist HR experience,   - Should be experienced in working in a multi-faceted hands-on HR role including both operational matters and strategic advisory  - Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite  - Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures  - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload  - High level verbal and written communications skills  Responsibilities:   - Issuing offer letters and appointment letters to the new employee.   - Handling recruitment process  - Handling various issues/queries related to various HR departments.   - Maintaining employee records.   - Keeping records of employee's status change i.e. Confirmation, Probation.   - Maintain leave records of employees (Half Day, Leave day, late days, productivity etc.)   - Induction of the new employees to make them aware of the organization policies,   - Procedures, facilitating their interaction with different functional heads of the different Departments.   - Bonus payments/calculations as per guidelines of company or discretion of Director   - Responsible for policy development and documentation   - HR Relationship Management  - Employee relations   - Employee Engagement Activities, Performance and Talent Management, Leave Process  - Training, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting tasks, Regulatory Matters  - Payroll and HR Champion activities  Salary Offered : 10-16LPA
