HR Manager, India
Role of the Job :
- Develop and implement a relevant and measurable set of HR goals and priority initiatives aligned to the business requirements
- Provide leadership, management and coaching to the HR Coordinator, India
- Participate fully in local leadership team discussions to ensure any people related initiatives or actions are surfaced and managed appropriately
- Development of a local resourcing plan in line with the specific financial year budget allocation
- Support leaders with updating of job requirements and descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, job offers and employee on-boarding
- To facilitate and guide the implementation and on-going adoption of new approach to performance and development
- Supporting leaders with development planning activity to include capability assessment and development; sourcing appropriate development activities for individuals and teams either from Learning Centre or external suppliers in line with the philosophy and principles established
- Provide first line support to leaders to resolve performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Partnering with regional reward team to design, develop and execute relevant compensation and benefit programs that help attract and retain employees for the respective markets
- Ensure the relevant mechanisms are in place and reviewed regularly to enable the accurate flow of employee data to relevant HR systems
- Act as the local lead for global/regional HR related projects
Knowledge, Skills And Experience :
- Good knowledge of legislative environment and common HR practices
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly and prioritize workload effectively
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver results
Education :
