Front ending the HR function for the North Region
About Our Client:
We are the world's largest independent ground engineering service provider, renowned for providing technically advanced and cost-effective foundation solutions. They are currently looking for a seasoned HR professional with Generalist experience to be based out of Mumbai and manage their North Business.
Job Description
Reporting into the Director,you will be responsible for:
- Develop HR strategies and work with Directors, General Manager, Heads of Department to achieve business plan.
- Oversee the execution of HR systems and procedures for North India business.
- Work with HR Manager (South India) to evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and procedures, and implement changes where needed.
- Lead HR team to provide guidance and support on full range of HR activities.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Implement employee welfare programs to ensure employees, well-being and work life balance.
- Develop and implement plans for Talent Development, with particular focus on Career Management and Successor Planning.
- Lead Recruitment and Selection efforts and ensure new employees- Induction.
- Advise on guidelines and market practice for all Compensation and Benefits matters.
The Successful Applicant
- As a successful candidate you should have relevant 9-12 years of experience as HR Generalist with expertise in setting up HR functions.
Age: 35 to 40 years
- Full time MBA
