Company Brief: It's one of the leading and professionally managed General Insurance Broking Firm  Position: Manager - HR  Location: Mumbai  Work Days: 5  Roles and Responsibilities:  HR Administration For HO & CCC :  - Manage day-to-day operations of People Development Department at the Office.  - Ensure updating and accuracy of employee records in HRIS  - Manage and implement people-related services, policies, and programs.  - Manage and execute Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management Systems, and Employee Engagement programs.  - Responsible and accountable for HR related compliance at the Office.  - Manage external vendors & consultants for HR Services such as Recruitment, transportation, Welfare etc.  - Ensure and Promote workplace safety, conduct survey & do the analysis for employee satisfaction  - Maintain discipline in the office premises and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions.  - Addressing any employment relations issues, such as employee grievances.  - Compensation Management For Organization and it's CCC:  - Comply with Organizational Compensation policy.  - Manage compensation records & data of the employees  - Review and Revise Compensation & Benefit Policies of the Company  - Maintain Position Evaluation and Job Families data for internal & external benchmarking  - Prepare simulations and provide inputs for Compensation Revision  - Participate in Designing and developing variable compensation schemes (incentive schemes, Ex-gratia etc)  - Performance Management and Career Planning For Organization's Contact Centre:  - Comply with Organizational Performance Management System.  - Execution of Performance Management System.  - Manage Performance Reward & Recognition and Performance Issues  - Execute Career Development Planning programmes  HR Projects and Initiatives :  - Participate and provide active support for HR initiatives and projects e.g. PCMM Level 4 & 5 Certification, Diversity & Inclusion.  - Ensure preparation for internal and external audits/assessments  Diversity :  - To drive diversity for the organization  - To Ensure all the process are required for TMW assessment are close on agreed level of certification  - Preparing for Audit & Presenting on the day of Audit  Person Specifications :  - Any MBA / Post Graduate (Full Time)  - Looking for HR professionals with 7+ years experience in HR Generalist, Compensation & Benefits, PMS etc.  - Looking for Male Candidates Only.  Our Client clearly understands & values the worth of an eligible candidate for this position.
