Position: Manager - HR

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad

Work Days: 5

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Coordinating with the business to understand the position requirements.

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements

- Vendor Management

- Leading Salary negotiations, Offer, Joining formalities and Onboarding program.

Performance Management System

- Implementation of performance management process locally basis on Company's guide lines.

- Managing performance related discussions.

Employee Engagement

- Driving Reward & Recognition's platforms for promoting Performance culture

- Driving Employee Perception Survey and discussing reports with Leaders for efficient decision making and implementation of Action points

- Leading regular dialogue with employees to understand issues / grievances (if any) and guiding it for prompt redressal

- Conducting monthly birthday celebration for employees

Training and Development

- Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) to arrive at necessary training programs (Behavioural / Functional)

- Driving training programs across hierarchy's basis specific requirements

- Identifying and appointing Consultants / Trainers and participate in the design and content part of the program

- Participate in identifying the Key positions & Succession planning

HR Systems and MIS

- Managing HR system for maintaining the employee database & Organizational Structure

- Marinating various HR-MIS reports for efficient decision making.

Exit Management

- Handling Exit Interviews and processing Final settlement as per Company's norm.

Person Specifications :

- Preferred MA (Psychology)

- Looking for HR professionals with 7+ years experience in HR Generalist, Compensation & Benefits, PMS etc.
