We require a Manager--Human Resources for a leading Foods organization, based at Delhi / Gurgaon

It's a HR Generalist role with exposure in all aspects of HR with 6 to 10 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources will fit the bill.

The company has a strong nationwide distribution network in the domestic market that sells products such as branded rice, wheat and pulses, healthy snacks, spices and other value-added products like brown flex seeds and cashew nuts.

Key Responsibilities are:

1) 6 to 10 years experience as an HR Generalist

2) Exposure to Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits etc

3) High Intellect & ability to operate in a matrix structure

4) People Management exposure

5) The position is based at their Corporate office in Gurgaon

6) People from Foods/FMCG are preferred
