Position Summary :  To implement HR systems, processes and procedures envisioned for the Recruitment, Training, Performance Management and Employee Engagement in accordance with the business plans of the organization.   2. Key Accountabilities:   Recruitment   - Handle placements across all levels of the organization   - Sources, Screens and interviews candidates for open positions  - Conducts pre-employment selection tests and coordinates for interviews  - Conduct reference checks  - Provides guidance to interviewing managers on policies  - Ensure that all positions are filled within the time frame defined  - Training Accountable for learning & development across all levels in the organization  - Identify and develop the training calendar   3. Profile:   Educational Qualification PG in Human Resource Management  Previous Experience Min 6 to 9 years- experience in Recruitment across all levels, Training, Employee Engagement and assist in other areas of HR   Industry to be hired from FMCG or Consumer goods will be preferred.
