Location : UAE

Key responsibility:

- The Manager HR would be handling end to end HR activities.

- Manpower budgeting, sourcing, selection, on-boarding and induction.

- Responsible for Performance Management, Talent engagement, Rewards, Policies

- Handling all PMS activities, Managing key employee engagement

- Overall HR Business Partnering for the Organization corporate & factory which will involve regular traveling.

- Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering skills, Campus Placements, Talent management at HO location.

- Understanding of Compensation and Benefits

- Process Discipline & Analytical Orientation

- Self-drive, Results Focus, excellent communication skills.
