KEY JOB - RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment Pan India Sales Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle, Coordinating with department heads for approval of Manpower requisition
2. Manage Manpower Cost for Sales team Keep track of manpower cost, Identify ways to reduce hiring cost, Closely Monitoring the HC for all Zones as per budgeted no for all zones/ all channels.
3. Performance & Career Management for Sales Team & Identifying Training Needs Career development plans for performers & Identifying performers from each Zone & speaking to them Monthly to create a long lasting relation with the employees,Movement across channels & developing current talent to next level & Recognise top talent in the current team & keeping a close eye & interacting with them
4. Pan India Mediclaim Smooth function of Mediclaim Pan India for all Function
5. Attrition Management & Employee Retention Ensure long-term association across levels & Retaining Key performer from all Zones at ASM & above level
6. Employee Engagement Supporting the Corporate team for employee engagement activity & Planning engagement activity for Sales team
7. Performance Appraisal for Sales staff, Increment letters/Performance to be issued.
8. New Initiative Planning & Implementation of New HR Initiatives- Towards Cost/ Efficiency/ Employee Welfare /Employee Motivation.
9. Other Critical Task Legal Action & Employee grievance, replying to audit queries, transfer, and reputation
Experience in FMCG & Sales HR profile will be preferred
