HR Business partner
The incumbent would provide HR leadership and would be managing End-End employee life cycle, Career development initiatives, Sales Engagement programs, Development Centers, Manpower management and Budgeting, Recruitment, Attrition and MIS for the Sales and Commercial operations in India.
Candidate Profile :
- MBA HR from any of the premier institutes with 4-7 years post qualification experience in an organisation of repute.
- Must have handled HR operations for a large sales set up and also experience in regional Hr activities.
- Managing end-to-end employee life cycle stages from recruitment to exit
- Sourcing and Recruitment
- Talent Management
- Experience in Strong process oriented organisations, having partnered closely with Sales, managing their development, annual processes, succession planning, conflicts with ease.
