RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruiting talent across all levels, managing employee development, performance, and incentives & reward programs.
2. Ensuring HR systems and data are accurate and meet business needs.
3. Leading training initiatives and keeping policies current.
4. Analyzing people data to improve HR metrics and supporting leadership with insights and managing risks.
5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws while assisting the Head of Human Resource in law related matters
6. Managing and initiating the Talent Management & OD initiative across organization
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 4+ years of HR Generalist experience having worked across the HR domain
2. Should have in-depth knowledge of each vertical with in Human resource
3. Should have exposure of working with mid to large size organizations preferably big fours
4. Should be MBA in Human Resource from premium college/institute
5. Should have experience of managing the stakeholders extensively
