Manager - Human Resource - eWallet

A leading eWallet organization organization is looking for Manager- HR

- Must have sound knowledge of the Entire Gamut of HR activities including talent acquisition, policy creation, employee engagement, statutory compliance, comp & benefits, recruitment, payroll processing etc

- Should be able to foster a unique culture spread across multiple offices

- Must be able to work and thrive in a flexible environment

- Should be a problem solver

- Should be a self starter with the ability to take independent strategic decisions in order to create a great workplace

- Ideal Candidate will be from a small/ mid size IT services or product company

- Excellent communication skills

- Candidate should have 5-7 years of work experience in managing Human Resources of a mid size organization.
