EasyFix is looking out for Manager - HR.

- This role is responsible will be to grow team size from 26 at present to 250 by FY 2015-16. She/he will be entrepreneurial managing the HR department for PAN India operations.

- Broad spectrum of responsibilities would include each function of HR domain - Recruitment, Payroll Mg, Compensation and benefit, Employee Relations, Compliance with labor and employment laws and training and development.

- The position will be working towards launching operations at our very early stage and will be expected to work with people at all levels in the hierarchy.

- As a core responsibility, she/he will be SPOC HR escalations.

- The growth of the candidate in the company will depend upon his ability and success in taking corrective actions and initiatives.

- He/She will be expected to prepare a great team, train and retain each team member.
