3) Business Partnering .

4) Compensation & benefit

5) Succession Planning .

6) All aspects of Human Resources

- Has a keen interest in understanding the business and supporting business leaders in their people priorities.

- Has a data driven approach to problem solving and is always looking for new ways of improving processes to make them faster, easier and more efficient.

- Is comfortable working in a fast paced work place and can easily connect with people across teams to get things done.

- Is passionate about building things from scratch and doing impactful work every day.

Reporting :This position would report to Head HR in US .
